I practice as an independent nurse consultant in the care of older people sector.
I work with care homes to help them develop good practice across a range of subjects but my particular speciality is care planning.
As an ex-CSCI (now CQC) inspector I am well placed to see both sides of the inspection regime and I know how to help care homes improve their grading.
